After earning a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University Peter relocated to New York City to work in the field of publicity for Geffen Records and then moved onto HBO working in licensing and brand development for their Original Programming, Sports and Documentary series.

He called Miami a second home for over 20 yrs. before moving here full time in 2003 and put his knowledge of the city and his diverse sales and marketing background to work in real estate for Majestic Properties. Peter specializes in luxury condominium / home and commercial property sales and hopes to extend his reach to the global marketplace after recently earning his Certification as an International Property Specialist (CIPS). Peter was just been named Director of US Sales for one of Majestic Properties’ first overseas projects in Montevideo, Uruguay (Bilu Carrasco).

He also holds a Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and is certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) by the National Association of Realtors and served on the first Board of Directors as Vice President for The Board for Blue Condominium in Miami’s Design District.

A Miami native, Tracie has called New York City her home since 1996, when she graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Finance and English. Prior to commencing her career in real estate, Tracie worked as a Consulting Manager in Accenture's Capital Markets Group for seven years, advising senior executives on their company strategic initiatives, new business ventures and global communications efforts.

Named 2003 Rookie of the Year at Citi Habitats, her New York-based company, Tracie has lived up to that promise to become one of the Citi Habitats' top 25 producers for the past two years, and was deemed the 2004 Highest Earner for her office and the Top Sales Agent and Top Rental Agent for her office in 2005. Tracie aspires to repeat these success in the Downtown Miami and Miami Beach market as a part of the Modern Miami Group at Majestic Properties.
